During Project Work, the students of 5 Economics-Mathematics study the production process of a product to present it in English to their fellow students.
On 11th January 5EW visited IZICO, the world’s largest producer of frozen food snacks, to experience an extra production process.
The students were welcomed by Patrick Smeets, the HR-manager of the company. To start with, Mr Smeets introduced them into the world of fried snacks with a very entertaining presentation and quiz. After this, their excellent host guided them through the company to witness the production process of a ‘frikandel from Beckers’. It was a very tasty and inspirational afternoon!
